Casa Bella Boutique Hotel San Isidro

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the service provided by Michael the manager. He greets you like a long lost friend and he looks after you like you’re a part of the family. He certainly goes the extra mile to ensure your stay here as enjoyable as possible. It’s an old house with quaint features but everything you need is there. My room was enormous and the bathroom well equipped if a little dated. It’s located in a very quiet part of the city which is safe to walk in which is a major plus for me. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance and Michael of course will recommend where to go. Likewise there is a big supermarket in that same area. Was delighted with my stay here and was quite sad to leave. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend it to other travellers.

The staff was SO KIND!!! He was always there to help and answer any questions, any time of day or night. The rooms are clean, the area is very safe and quiet but also in a central location. Breakfast every day included fresh fruits and was delicious

Great location in a safe part of Lima. Set in a pleasant walled garden so it was quiet and peaceful- unusual for Lima. Good sized comfortable room. Miquel the manager went above and beyond

The staff was excellent and accommodated my abnormal check and and check out hours. I also arrived and the breakfast service was closed, but when they found out I hadn’t eaten they prepared me a fantastic breakfast.
